Polishing of fine plastered surfaces and surfaces of gypsum-cardboard linings, which have not been painted yet

Videz prebarvanih fino ometanih površin ali mavčnokartonskih oblog bistveno izboljšamo, če jih pred barvanjem ustrezno zgladimo. Za glajenje uporabimo JUBOLIN
ali NIVELIN (ročni nanos) oziroma JUBOLIN P-25 (strojni ali ročni nanos). 

Očiščeno podlago premažemo z razredčeno AKRIL EMULZIJO (AKRIL EMULZIJA : voda = 1 : 1), le problematične mavčnokartonske plošče slabše kvalitete z razredčenim JUKOLOM (JUKOL : voda = 1 : 1). Izravnalno maso ročno - z nerjavečo jekleno gladilko (JUBOLIN ali JUBOLIN P-25 ali NIVELIN) - ali strojno - z brizganjem (JUBOLIN P-25) - nanesemo na suh prednamaz, običajno v dveh, če je potrebno pa tudi v več, 1 do 2 mm debelih slojih. Ne glede na način nanašanja, odvečno maso z obdelovane ploskve odvzemamo z nerjavečo jekleno gladilko, pri čemer skušamo površino čim bolj zgladiti. Prvi sloj pred nanosom drugega, enako pa tudi drugi oziroma zaključni sloj , obrusimo s finim brusnim papirjem. Brušenje je lahko ročno ali strojno. 

za glajenje m² velike srednje hrapave površine zadošča ~1,5 do 2 kg JUBOLINA (ročni nanos) ali JUBOLINA P-25 (ročni ali strojni nanos) ali ~1 do 1,5 kg NIVELINA (ročni nanos) in ~0,1 kg AKRIL EMULZIJE, oziroma ~0,1 kg JUKOLA pri manj kvalitetnih mavčnokartonskih ploščah

The appearance of painted fine plastered surfaces or gypsum-cardboard linings can be substantially improved if these substrates are levelled prior to painting.
Use JUBOLIN or NIVELIN (manual application) or JUBOLIN P-25 (machine or manual application) for polishing.                                                                                                    

Cover the clean substrate with diluted ACRYL EMULSION (ACRYL EMULSION : water = 1 : 1), and only problematic gypsum-cardboard boards of poorer quality with diluted JUKOL (JUKOL : water = 1 : 1). Apply levelling compound manually using a stainless steel smoothing trowel (JUBOLIN or JUBOLIN P-25 or NIVELIN) or using a machine (by spraying; JUBOLIN P-25) onto a dry primer, usually in two, but if necessary, in more coats in thickness of 1 to 2 mm. Regardless of the manner of application, remove excess compound from the treated surface using a stainless steel smoothing trowel, while trying to smooth the surface as much as possible. Sand the first coat with sandpaper prior to the application of the second one, and the same with the second or the final coat. Grinding can be either manual or performed by a machine.

to polish a m² of medium rough surface, you will need ~1.5 to 2 kilos of JUBOLIN (manual application) or JUBOLIN P-25 (manual or machine application) or ~1 to 1.5 kilo of NIVELIN (manual application) and ~0.1 kilo of AKRIL EMULSION or ~0.1 kilo of JUKOL.
