Façade surfaces infected by wall algae and mould
Disinfection of infected surfaces
First, wash infected surfaces with a jet of hot water or steam. It is recommended to rub the highly infected surfaces with a soft brush while washing them. Coat dry façade surfaces once or twice with diluted ALGICID (ALGICID : water = 1 : 5). Let facade surfaces, which have been disinfected in the above described manner, dry for a day or two and then apply a suitable façade paint protecting the wall against mildew. To disinfect a m2 of an infected surface, you will need ~50 do 100 ml (or more on very rough surfaces) of ALGICID.
