Façade insulating system is one of the most important elements of each building as it protects it against precipitation, wind, cold, heat, and other environmental influences and, at the same time, provides a desired aesthetical appearance. Losses through façade surfaces of an average single family dwelling present as much as 30% of energy necessary for heating. This share is incomparably higher in case of multi-occupied buildings.

JUBIZOL façade thermal insulating system is universal. It is suitable for individual dwellings and blocks of flats, business and industrial buildings, for new constructions as well as for renovations of existing buildings. With JUBIZOL façade thermal insulating system the following three demands are met at the same time: for sufficient and effective thermal insulation of external walls of the building, for suitable protection of façade surfaces against effects of precipitation and other environmental effects, and for aesthetical appearance of the building.

JUB was among the first European manufacturers and the first in Slovenia to receive European Technical Approvals (ETA) for various JUBIZOL systems already in 2004 and 2005. To acquire these approvals, measurements and testing of various systems based on ETAG 004 were conducted on leading European institutes in Germany (IBMB MPA Braunschweig), Austria (MA 39 Vienna) and Slovenia (ZAG Ljubljana). In 2008, JUB received five German technical approvals for the implementation of these systems on the extremely demanding German market.

Today, all versions of JUBIZOL façade thermal insulating systems have European Technical Approvals. The independent authorized institute ZAG Ljubljana (Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute) regularly inspects all system components in compliance with legislation.

When discussing JUBIZOL façade thermal insulating system, system integrity has to be stressed. The system is represented by thermal isolators with specified quality of the insulating board (EPS, XPS, mineral wool: a board or lamella), a suitable reinforcement net, fasteners, JUB’s adhesives, base coat and final decorative plasters.

As far as JUBIZOL façade thermal insulating system is concerned, one should use only products, which are stated in the European Technical Approval granted for a certain system.

The easiest, fastest and the most effective way to reduce costs of heating – and also of cooling in summer – is to apply a suitable thermal insulating protection. As far as JUBIZOL FAÇADE is concerned, protection is ensured by a suitably thick and adequately treated outer insulating coat. The colour and the texture of the final coat of this lining provide desired aesthetical appearance to be building.

JUBIZOL FAÇADE is a façade thermal insulating system, where the base coat together with the final protective and decorative coats is applied directly onto the thermal insulating lining. Such a solution reduces the means invested into the system application and significantly shortens the depreciation period.

Proper application of JUBIZOL façade thermal insulating system ensures a long-term protection of a façade. A 10-year guarantee is offered for JUBIZOL system, but it applies only to the system and professional application. JUB also emphasizes the western technical way of thinking saying that it is necessary to refresh decorative render with a suitable facade paint REVITALCOLOR SILIKON or REVITALCOLOR AG approximately every 10 to 15 years.
