Decorative renders
Trowelled decorative renders
Gutter-shaped or furrow-like surface is typical for trowelled decorative renders. It is created by rolling structural sand grains during trowelling. You can select among mineral, acrylic, silicone and silicate plasters with graininess between 2.0 and 2.5 mm.
BAVALIT
- typical appearance similar to traditional Bavarian render or oak bark
- two-component (component A: dry mortar compound, component B: AKRIL EMULSION; component A: component B = 8 : 1), natural white
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)
- highly water-vapour permeable
- worse water repellence, therefore, it is suitable only for buildings up to two floors high having projecting roofs of proper width
- aplication in less favourable weather conditions (low temperatures, high atmospheric humidity) is not possible (spots)
The joining of surfaces in corner edges is facilitated by installing finely smoothed stripes which have got a width of only a few centimetres. Such stripes are recommended also when dividing big façade boards to several smaller ones to avoid any trouble at application of the render and unaesthetic appearance due to a surface, which may not be even enough, and, at the same time, by applying the stripes interesting decorative effects can be achieved.
Painting of the render is possible a week after application.
T process a m2 the surface, you will need 70 ml of white ACRYLCOLOR and ~3,2 kg of BAVALIT and ~0,4 kg of AKRIL EMULSION (component B)
MINERAL TROWELLED RENDER 2.0 and 2.5
- typical appearance similar to traditional Bavarian render or oak bark
- two granulations: 2.0 and 2.5 mm
- one-component, natural white
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)
- highly water-vapour permeable

To process a m2 of the surface, you will need ~70 ml of white ACRYLCOLOR and ~2,6 kg of MINERAL TROWELLED RENDER 2.0 or ~3.1 kg of MINERAL ROWELLED RENDER 2.5
SILICATE TROWELLED RENDER 2.0 and 2.5
- typical appearance similar to traditional Bavarian render or oak bark
- two granulations: 2.0 and 2.5 mm
- wide selection of colour shades
- supplied in paste-like form, ready for application
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)

To process a m2 of the surface, you will need ~150 to 200 g of UNIGRUND or ~80 ml of JUBOSIL FX and ~80 ml of JUBOSIL GX (a small amount may be used for eventual diluting of the render) and ~2.5 kg of SILICAT TROWELLED RENDER 2.5 or ~3,2 kg of SILICAT TROWELLED RENDER 2.5
ACRYLIC TROWELLED RENDER 2.0 and 2.5
- typical appearance similar to traditional Bavarian render or oak bark
- two granulations: 2.0 and 2.5 mm
- the widest selection of colour shades (ACRYLIC TROWELED RENDER 2.0 also in intensive colour shades)
- supplied in paste-like form, ready for application
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)
- (ATTENTION! Lower fire resistance of façade thermal insulating systems, where insulating lining is made of mineral wool.)
- highly water repellent
- the easiest way to achieve structural effects
- application is possible also in less favourable weather conditions

SILICONE TROWELLED RENDER 2.0 and 2.5
- typical appearance similar to traditional Bavarian render or oak bark
- two granulations: 2.0 and 2.5 mm
- supplied in paste-like form, ready for application
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)
- highly water-vapour permeable
- wide selection of colour shades
- highly water-repellent, therefore, it is suitable also for façade surfaces of tall buildings, which are extremely exposed to precipitation; water repellence abates very slowly, therefore, soot, dust and other dirt adhere to processed surfaces less and later application is possible also in less favourable weather conditions

To process a m2of the surface, you will need ~150-200 g of UNIGRUND or
~120 ml of JUBOSIL F and ~2.8 kg of SILICONE TROWELLED RENDER 2.0 or 3.5 kg of SILICONE TROWELLED RENDER 2.5.
