Smooth decorative renders

FINE RENDER 0.6 and 1.0

  • thin-layered fine lime-cement renders intended for smoothing of façade surfaces
  • two granulations: 0.6 and 1.0 mm
  • application is possible onto all kinds of ordinary rough lime-cement and lime renders, on thermal insulating, renovation and levelling renders and on the base coat of facade thermal insulating system JUBIZOL regardless of the type of insulating lining (JUBIZOL ADHESIVE MORTAR, thickness of the base coat at least 4 mm)
  • attaches well also to old plastered and already levelled surfaces
  • quality foundation for the application of all kinds of decorative renders
  • can be used as the final coat if it is painted with a silicate or silicone façade paint after a week of its application (additional colourless water-repellent protection is also possible)
  • natural white
  • one-component
  • highly solid, low elastic module·
  • extremely water repellent
  • highly water-vapour permeable
Moisten the substrate well a day prior to application of fine render. Mortar compound is applied in thickness of approximately 1 to 5 mm (FINE RENDER 0.6) or 3 to 6 mm (FINE RENDER 1.0). After the render partially hardens due to loss of water, polish the surface with circular movements using a smoothing trowel made of a wood, plastic or expanded polystyrene while moistening it with water to acquire as even and fine-course appearance as possible. Polishing can also be performed by a stainless steel smoothing trowel to achieve a smoother or less coarse surface – it is said that the surface of the render is floated with a stainless steel smoothing trowel. In less favourable weather conditions (in too-fast drying conditions), moisten the render at least for a day after application.

To process a m2of the surface, you will need ~1,4 kg of FINE RENDER 0.6 or
~1,3 kg of FINE RENDER 1.0
