Decorative renders
Smooth decorative renders
Evenly grained surface is typical of smooth decorative renders. You can select among mineral, acrylic, silicone and silicate renders with graininess between 0.6 and 2.5 mm.Back
FINE RENDER 0.6 and 1.0
- thin-layered fine lime-cement renders intended for smoothing of façade surfaces
- two granulations: 0.6 and 1.0 mm
- application is possible onto all kinds of ordinary rough lime-cement and lime renders, on thermal insulating, renovation and levelling renders and on the base coat of facade thermal insulating system JUBIZOL regardless of the type of insulating lining (JUBIZOL ADHESIVE MORTAR, thickness of the base coat at least 4 mm)
- attaches well also to old plastered and already levelled surfaces
- quality foundation for the application of all kinds of decorative renders
- can be used as the final coat if it is painted with a silicate or silicone façade paint after a week of its application (additional colourless water-repellent protection is also possible)
- natural white
- one-component
- highly solid, low elastic module·
- extremely water repellent
- highly water-vapour permeable
To process a m2of the surface, you will need ~1,4 kg of FINE RENDER 0.6 or
~1,3 kg of FINE RENDER 1.0
MINERAL SMOOTH RENDER 1.5 and 2.5
- typical evenly grained appearance
- two granulations: 1.5 and 2.5 mm
- one-component, natural white
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)
- highly water-vapour permeableworse water repellence, therefore, it is suitable only for buildings up to two floors high having projecting roofs of proper width
- application in less favourable weather conditions (low temperatures, high atmospheric humidity) is not possible (spots)
The joining of surfaces in corner edges is facilitated by installing finely smoothed stripes which have got a width of only a few centimetres. Such stripes are recommended also when dividing big façade boards to several smaller ones to avoid any trouble at application of the render and unaesthetic appearance due to a surface, which may not be even enough, and, at the same time, by applying the stripes interesting decorative effects can be achieved.
Painting of the render is possible a week after application.
SILICATE SMOOTH RENDER 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5
- typical evenly grained appearance
- four granulations: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mm
- wide selection of colour shades (SILICATE SMOOTH RENDER 1.0 only in white)
- supplied in paste-like form, ready for application
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)
- highly water-vapour permeable
- application in less favourable weather conditions (low temperatures, high atmospheric humidity) is not possible (spots)
- SILICATE SMOOTH RENDER 1.0 is intended primarily for treatment of reveal surfaces, decorative mortar trims, cornices and other façade decorations; be careful about how well the surface is levelled when applying it to larger surfaces!
Coat the substrate with UNIGRUND or a mixture of JUBOSIL FX, JUBOSIL GX and water (JUBOSIL FX : JUBOSIL GX: water = 1 : 1 : 1) – a shade of UNIGRUND and JUBOSIL FX should be as close to the colour of the render as possible. Apply mortar compound in thickness slightly above the diameter of the largest sand grain manually (using a stainless steel smoothing trowel) or using a machine (by spraying) onto a dry pre-coat. Smooth the compound by circular movements using a plastic smoothing trowel until an evenly grained surface is achieved.

To process a m2 of the surface, you will need ~150-200 g of UNIGRUND or ~80 ml of JUBOSIL F and ~80 ml of JUBOSIL GX (in small quantity might be needed also for dilution) and ~2.4 kg of SILICATE SMOOTH RENDER 1.5 or ~3.5 kg of SILICATE SMOOTH RENDER 2.0 or ~5.5 kg of SILICATE SMOOTH RENDER 2.5.
ACRYLIC SMOOTH RENDER 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5
- typical evenly grained appearance
- four granulations: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mm
- widest selection of colour shades (ACRYLIC SMOOTH RENDER 1.5 and ACRYLIC SMOOTH RENDER 2.0 also in intensive colour shades, ACRYLIC SMOOTH RENDER 1.0 only in white)
- supplied in paste-like form, ready for application
- application to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems is possible (regardless of the type of insulating lining)
- (ATTENTION! Lower fire resistance of façade thermal insulating systems, where insulating lining is made of mineral wool.)
- ACRYLIC SMOOTH RENDER 1.0 is intended primarily for treatment of reveal surfaces, decorative mortar trims, cornices and other façade decorations; be careful about how well the surface is levelled when applying it to larger surfaces!
- highly water repellent
- the easiest way to achieve structural effects
- application is possible also in less favourable weather conditions

KULIRPLAST 1.55
- decorative render made of natural marble grains
- wide selection of colour shades
- supplied in paste-like form, ready for application
- due to demanding application, KULIRPLAST 1.5 is recommended only for decorative treatment of interior wall surfaces, even though, if you are precise, application is also possible onto all types of fine plastered substrates including thermal insulating systems on thermal insulating lining made of expanded or extruded polystyrene
- it demands highly levelled – polished substrate (machine polishing is recommended!)
To ensure adhesion, coat extremely smooth surfaces and other problematic substrates with VEZAKRIL. Apply mortar compound in thickness of approximately 2 mm onto a dry pre-primer. Level the coating with a stainless steel trowel and smooth it to fill all empty spaces between sandy grains. When the coating does not appear “milky” anymore, level the surface once more.
In cases more than one container of KULIRPLAST 1.5 is needed to paint an individual wall surface, avoid irregular colouration due to eventual differences of colour shades by equalizing the paint in a large container of appropriate size. Perform equalization especially carefully when applying renders of different production batches onto the same wall.
There may be little discrepancies between the colour of delivered KULIRPLAST 1.5 and the colour of samples on colour charts due to different shades of the same marble grains belonging to different deliveries. Such discrepancies cannot be avoided and cannot be a reason of complaint.
Divide larger surfaces to several parts by means of suitably wide channels and finely polished stripes to avoid problems of application of the plaster onto larger wall surfaces and unaesthetic appearance due to potentially uneven substrate. Thus, interesting decorative effects can be achieved.
To process a m2 of the surface, you will need ~70ml of ACRYLCOLOR or ~150-200g of UNIGRUND or ~300ml of VEZAKRIL and ~2.3 kg of KULIRPLAST 1.5.
KULIRPLAST 2.0
- decorative render made of natural marble grains
- wide selection of colour shades
- supplied in paste-like form, ready for application
- it is possible apply KULIRPLAST 2.0 to all kinds of fine plastered substrates including that of facade thermal insulating systems on thermal insulating lining made of expanded or extruded polystyrene
- due to its worse water-vapour permeability, it is impossible to be used as protection of thermal insulating renders and in façade thermal insulating systems, where insulating lining is made of mineral wool
- highly water-repellent, therefore, it is especially suitable for treatment of plinths
