A solution for at least a week-old water-repellent fine lime-cement render (e.g. FINE RENDER 1.0), which is applied onto the system of renovation renders having no bigger defects, damages and cracks visible with the naked eye, is painting with a highly water-vapour permeable and highly water repellent silicone facade paint JUBOSIL F (the colour film is extremely resistant to ageing – its water repellence abates very slowly, therefore, dust and other dirt attach to painted surfaces less and later).
Clean the plinth surface off dust and loose particles first and then coat it with diluted JUBOSIL G first (JUBOSIL G : water = 1 : 1) or diluted JUKOL (JUKOL: water = 1 : 1), then, apply the selected colour shade of JUBOSIL F twice (if necessary, dilute the paint with up to 10% of water).
To paint a of m2 a plinth, you will need ~100 ml of JUBOSIL G or ~100 ml of JUKOL and ~250 ml of JUBOSIL F.
