The operation of JUMIX centres is very simple:

  • with rapid response time, short producing time, a very broad set of different products, and a wide range of colour shades to meet the most demanding customers.
  • offers the possibility of tinting by different colour charts.
  • fast tinting of the product in the chosen shade and fast response to the needs of the end user.
  • smaller stocks of finished products.

Of two semi-finished products (base and UNIPAS tinting paste) a final product in a chosen color shade is produced.

In this way, we eliminate some problems that may accompany the classic production of pigmented coatings such as: long delivery times, large quantity orders, production on stock ...

The advantage of the JUMIX system is that, beside its flexibility - a rapid response time, short production time, a very broad set of different products (from the inner wall paints, through renders to tegular enamel) and a wide range of shades (more than 3,000 by different color maps and the possibility of producing shades to order or by suggestions or by sample) in all respects to satisfy the end user.

The JUMIX system consists of:
  1. UNIPAS pigment pastes are preparations which contain no solvents and adhesives. The product meets the requirements of the European VOC Directive (CE 204/42). It is protected from drainage and, as such, very suitable for the tinting machines in the stores and also for industrial (In-Plant) tinting.
  2. Base: products covered by the JUMIX system include interior and exterior paints, renders, lasures and enamel. Among them, there is also the Jupol family, Jubosil, Acrylcolor, Revitalcolor, Jubin family, Marmorin and acrylic, silicate, silicone texture finishes.
  3. Tinting machines are an indispensable part of the JUMIX system. Depending on the needs (speed, ease of use, transparency ,...) we determine the appropriate type and software.
  4. Shakers, like tinting machines, are an integral part of any JUMIX system. Their function is to mix tinting pastes into the base. The result is a homogeneously tinted product with the selected colour shade.
  5. The JUMIX set of recipes is a collection of recipes, which are needed to produce the product in the selected colour shade. The JUMIX system at the present time offers a total of over 18.000 colour shades (38 products). In addition to our own colour chart (JUB colour chart with 348 colour shades) and NCS with 1950 colour shades, it is also possible to reproduce a colour shade by order.
