JUMIX

Description of functioning of JUMIX centres

In its essence the functioning of JUMIX centre is very simple. The final product of required colour shade is made from two semi-products (bases and UNIPAS colourants).

This is a good way to eliminate several problems, which can otherwise accompany the production of pigmented coatings such as longer delivery time, large quantity of orders, production for inventory etc.

The advantage of JUMIX system is that with its adaptability it satisfies a final customer in every sense - with quick response time, short production time, wide range of different products (ranging from interior wall paints to renders and enamels) and wide array of colour shades (over 3,000 colours according to different colour charts and with a possibility to produce shades upon client’s order or from the sample).

JUMIX system:

  • UNIPAS tinting paste
  • Base (of different qualities)
  • Dispensers (manual, semi-automatic, automatic)
  • Shakers
  • JUMIX sets of formulas for colour shades composition

  1. UNIPAS tinting pastes are water-based pigment agents, not containing binders or solvents. The product is suitable for decantation and pumping. It is made based on ion and anion wetting and dispersing additives. It contains polyglycols and it meets the requirements of European HOC directive (CE 204/42). It is protected against drying and therefore appropriate for final tinting stations as well as for industrial tinting.
  2. Bases: the products included into JUMIX tinting system encompass interior and exterior colours, renders and enamels. The products of Jupol, Jubosil, AcrylColor, Revitalcolor, Jubin and Marmorin family also belong to this group as well as acrylic/silicate/silicon smooth and trowelled renders.
  3. Dispensers are an indispensable part of the equipment of each tinting machine in JUMIX system. The appropriate type is determined for each tinting station according to the requirements (e.g. speed, simplicity of use, transparency of operations etc.) Software equipment for tinting also follows that choice.
  4. Such as dispensers shakers are also an indispensable part of each JUMIX tinting machine. It is their role to mix well the tinting paste into the base. The result is a homogenous, well mixed product in adequate, selected colour shade.
  5. JUMIX formulas set is a collection of formulas, according to which a selected shade is made for a selected product. Currently JUMIX system offers a total of over 16,000 shades (38 products). Besides colour charts such as JUB’s colour chart containing 348 shades and NCS with 1,950 shades, mixing is also possible upon client’s request or by a sample.
JUMIX system thus encompasses a rich history and know-how of decorative coatings and renders and represents an optimal solution for your problems. JUMIX system now offers:
  • Compatibility of UNIPAS colourants with a wide range ob JUB products,
  • Ecologically favourable UNIPAS tinting pastes meet the requirements of European HOS directive (CE 204/42),
  • Possibility of tinting upon a sample or upon other colour charts,
  • Repetitiveness of shade production (minimal final control due to strict control of semi-products throughout the production process),
  • Short production period for final product in selected shade,
  • Fewer inventory of finished products,
  • Quick response to end customers’ needs.
