Organizational structure of JUB Group
As of January 1st 2008 JUB Group has reorganized in order to achieve improved organisation, better control over its activities and higher transparency. The previous company JUB d.d. thus transformed into JUB-H, company for managing and financing JSC, while manufacturing and development have been transferred to newly established companies, JUB, chemical industry, LLC and Technological research centre JUB, LLC.Today JUB Group is organized as a holding, which owns two manufacturing companies, a development centre and retail companies on all important markets, where it offers its products and services.
