Social responsibility
To be a company that nurtures social responsibility and sustainable development means surviving in good and bad times. Corporate social responsibility is also part of a modern vision of development and the overall strategic direction of the JUB. Concern for employees and nature is not only cliché. It is anchored in the mission of the group, "Jubizem", which means specific culture and working climate in the company, and the overall management quality and business excellence. This has been proved by strictly implementing the environmental policies of the Group JUB.
"In Group JUB, we are aware that caring for a healthy and safe working and living environment is essential condition for the development of our society and therefore we wish to have environmentally friendly production of paints and renders. Since the safe working environment and safe living space is one of the fundamental rights, duties and responsibilities of employees, a policy of environmental management continue to be an integral part of business policy and organizational culture of JUB. "
In the Group JUB a social responsibility is recognizable on three main areas namely:
- social environment,
- environmental protection and
- responsibility to employees.
Social envirnonment
In Group JUB are aware that supporting an environment in which we operate, has a significant impact on our business and development. For many years therefore we help to more agitated lifestyle and to the quality of life in general. Our socially responsibility is shown through supporting sports activities, cultural, educational, humanitarian and environmental projects.
Environmental protection
The company follows the principle of sustainable development and therefore continuously invest in modern, environmentally friendly technologies and clean and safe environment.
Waste water is one of the major environmental aspects, so a specific concern is dedicated to clean industrial waste water in two chemical purification devices and biological treatment plant. After the biological treatment the waste water is so clean that it can be discharged into a watercourse. For the control of the correct and effective cleaning of waste water all the necessary measurements and analysis are regularly taken in our own laboratory for water. Twice a year, according to the Regulation on the emission of substances for discharges of waste water from sources of pollution, water is monitored by the authorized institution.
Even waste is dedicated to a specific concern. We have arranged sorting waste, which separately collect each type of waste.
Responsibility to employees
We are aware that our vision and strategy can only be achieved with capable, educated and motivated employees. People and their knowledge is the key to the success of our company, therefore we create a working environment and conditions that promote personal development of each individual.
The Group JUB is behaving responsibly not only to the local environment, where it operates, but also to the wider social environment, to our suppliers, business partners and is therefore known as a fair and ethical company.
In the area "My JUB", registered users will be able to add their own projects and favourite links as well as to edit their user account.
